TechNova Internship is a free, online, skill-based learning internship created to help undergraduate students gain real-world technical exposure through structured tasks, guided self-learning, and practical projects.
We believe that practical skills matter as much as academic knowledge. Many students want to learn technology but don’t find the right starting point — TechNova bridges that gap by providing a realistic learning experience without fees, pressure, or false promises.
The program runs for 1 month, where students choose their preferred domain and complete a series of mandatory and optional tasks designed to strengthen hands-on skills. Instead of long theory sessions, we focus on learning-by-doing, helping students gradually build confidence through small but meaningful achievements.
At the end of the internship, students who successfully complete the required tasks receive a Certificate of Completion, while top performers who show exceptional dedication and quality in their work may receive a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) to support future opportunities.
