TechNova is a free, online, skill-based internship program designed solely for educational and learning purposes. Participation does not constitute employment, paid work, or a job offer under any circumstances.
The internship is open to students and learners who meet the program requirements. Participants are expected to actively complete assigned tasks, follow timelines, and adhere to ethical and professional conduct throughout the program.
Certificates of Completion are issued only after successful completion of all mandatory tasks and evaluations. TechNova reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of incomplete submissions, plagiarism, or policy violations.
Letters of Recommendation are not guaranteed and are awarded exclusively to top-performing interns based on task quality, consistency, and mentor evaluation. The decision of TechNova mentors is final.
Each certificate issued by TechNova contains a unique verification ID and QR code. Employers and third parties may verify authenticity using the official TechNova verification portal. Any misuse or falsification will result in permanent invalidation.
Personal information collected during application and participation is used strictly for internship-related communication, certification, and verification. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
All learning materials, content, and branding associated with TechNova are protected intellectual property. Interns may showcase completed projects for portfolio purposes but may not redistribute proprietary content without permission.
TechNova reserves the right to modify program structure, timelines, or policies at any time to improve learning outcomes. Significant updates will be communicated when applicable.
TechNova is an independent educational initiative is recognized by the government and completely legal. Participation is voluntary, and TechNova holds no liability for external use of internship outcomes.
